how to fix security pistol?
security pistol broke, what materials do i need to repair it?

You cannot. You just have to scrap it and use the next. After fighting the military guys for a bit, you'll end up with quite a few of them.

Is there a trick to making them drop weapons more frequently?

I don't think its fixed yet but you can craft the flashlight version to repair it, if it gets low after that you can salvage it for the pistol and flashlight back. It takes 1 duct tape each time
