How to get more than 3 energy cells

I got 3 energy cells from walkthrough and have put 1 to open Silo 3 and the other 2 for 2 weapons. Now I need anoter 1 at least to craft Tier 2 Hacker Tool and don´t know how to get additional ones.

You can always go back to flathill and grab some more.

There are more scattered about manufacturing and one in offices after you get T2 hacking. I haven't checked if the three in flathill refresh along with the portal.

all portal worlds reset each day

Portal Worlds all have renewable resources that reset every night. If you find an item in a Portal World, it's infinitely farmable.

Sorry, in my game the energy cells won´t respawn eaven after a few ingame days not.

just travel around manufacturing they have multiple laying around the place just keep your eyes out for the blue glow

the portals dont respawn everyday for sure, but i do know they always restart at 00.00
