How to build a bridge across tram.
We recently moved our entire base of operations to Tram Side-B waiting area, and love the location. But we are trying to build a bridge across the tram gap for easy access to the central area (without using the long hallway)

So far are attempts have involved wasting resources as the tram just destroys the supports when it moves and our bridge collapses.

Anyone have any tips for successfully building a bridge over that gap or any techniques that could be used to prevent the tram from wasting our bridge when it moves?

You don't even need the bridges. Make two jump pads out of the gaseous nests you can find. A jump pad on each side will boost you to the other side if you run into it.

That will work perfectly if that jump pad gets me past the glass, will look into that.
Thanks for the suggestion!

Will I need to make a safe landing zone on the other side as well? or does the jump pad break the fall damage that would normally occur?

Like they said, jump pads that you craft. You can also craft landing pads or mats to break your fall, they are small though so might need to make a few to cover a wider area.

Additionally, the gravity cube charm if you obtained the cube yet will let you get a much further distance (still at risk of breaking legs when using the trinket though lol so still use pads)

If you encounter fall damage, get some landing cushions and you'll be fine

The jump pad was a great success! No Mats needed for fall damage either.

Just make sure you RUN into the jump pad for the momentum, or you will fall to your death.
