Report a translation problem
There are hints that they intend for you to be able to climb the rope eventually, e.g. the message that says you aren't strong enough to climb yet.
But why even add it if it can't do the one thing I need it to do? I think they should've waited for it to be done before they added it, or just have it be climbable now and patch in the strength requirement later.
The first was to use it as a way to get down onto the train on the center's side of the bridge. The second was to make a safe drop-down point in the far room across the pipe walkway, with the exor and pest in it. I regularly use the second one when I'm making trips back to the offices.
