Cant add Dirty water to pot from bottle

so even tho i can add clean water to the pot i cant add dirty water to the pot from bottle AND if i boil a full pot of dirty water in the pot you lose like 85% of the water you put in i really hope these are bugs and not a perm thing

early on purifying water is kinda tedious
once you get to the labs, you can find Refined Carbon (polygonal spheres) that let you craft a giant water barrel that instantly purifies all the water in a 1:1 ratio. ingredients should be the carbon, security bot cpu, Hydrochloric acid, and a blue barrel you can find laying around in manufacturing or one in the lab hallways.

Yeah seconding the dirty water thing, seems weird I cant just empty it into the pot. Wanted to bring back a bottle of dirty water with me after each trip and purify it

the water loss? what do you expect happens if you cook water? a huge part of it disappears as vapor. but yeah emptyying into bot would be nice if it worked since both have same capacity
