Can't speak for this game but I've never seen an Early Access game increase its price based on new updates. I don't think the devs would do that.
It will be $25 US (idk about regional prices) after the end of the sale, and after it leaves Early Access the price will go up, likely $30 to $35. After several years out of Early Access, the price might go down below $20, but I don't know if you want to wait that long.
