Electron Pump Locations

SPOILER WARNING

It took me far longer than I expected and a lot of running around to find these things as well as some google searches to get me pointed in the right direction. The game doesn't do a great job of telling you how to find them. I spent a fair amount of time thinking "Red, Green, and Yellow" were the different zones. What it really meant was follow the red, green, and yellow pipes out of the Synchotron (on the path where you first unlocked the Manufacturing West area from). All of these are located in Manufacturing West.

1) YELLOW in the room with all the toxic green goo . It is vertically over top of the Inspection area overlooking the goo. There is an electrical line that runs from the center of the room up right next to it with a blinking light (there are two electrical lines, this one is directly opposite the large garage door). There are several bad guys with guns in the area, so be prepared. If you get off the tram by the blacksmith, you follow the ramp up, turn left into the office-style rooms at the top of the ramp, and it will be located through a room or two on your left. You may have gone by it jumping onto some pipes to get away from enemies in the past.

2) GREEN in the cave area where the invisible monsters are. It is in a clearing on a green box located on a walkway across a circular opening in the ground. This one was pretty easy once you know to look for the pipes and the area to be in. The first time I was there, there was one of the invisible guys dead center on the walkway, if that jogs your memory.

3) RED is next to the giant excavation machine you find Frake in prior to this quest. It is on a red box next to the wall. If you come out of the room she is in, and go down the stairs, you will find it on your right against the wall.

I hope this is helpful and saves someone the few hours it took me to figure out what I was looking for. Edit: if you do the RED one last, it is super easy to get back to the Synchotron by follow the red and green pipes into a tunnel in the ground out of that room. Might save you some time
