i cant find the quantum glass recipe ive looked all over and i need it to craft the tier 3 hacking device to progress.

in the lab there are antiverse gems in little containers, if you pick them up you should get the recipe. You also need lenses which you can get from the forge

the quantum lab right? im not finding any gems

Keep roaming around the areas - they are all over in containers about the size of a trash can on tables.

It is in various labs in adjustment wing (second floor of large elevator in containment blocks). There should be also exchange device that allows you to trade anteverse wheat for gems.

Go to other segments of that area. They are random spawns but they are all over in different rooms and there are even trade stations where you can put silver/alien wheat in for the items.

The 3 components needed for the hack tool are made up of the 3 items in the containers we're talking about in the lab sector. Yep. You went up a level from the wildlife pens and fought in the area with the soldiers/spike shooters right? That area has them too.
