Rat Pack and Rat Suit

I killed a LOT of rats and notrhing, is it still there?

I've got the suit, still no luck on the pack.

I got like 10 packs, they are a constant drop, suits in the other hand, first one in probably over 60 or so rats

To get the pack, stun the rat with a net from the Net Launcher and kill him before he shakes the net off. The suit is just a rare drop from carving their body with a sharp weapon.
