Replacement Parts quest.

So uh how do I actually turn this quest in and get the parts? It says trade and give em to the blacksmith but no option exists. I have all 3 listed in the journal but nothing seems to happen. Dont seem to have a recipie with the 3 of them either.

If you are an idiot like me and don't know how to trade the solder for the fiber optic cable, you need to put the pot of solder on the ground, so you can take four scoops of solder from it. You need to trade one of those scoops, and not the entire pot of solder, as it will just appear on the bottom of the chute.

I think the quest is bugged. after getting the correct materials, I dropped them in the chute but I done it to quick. it only gave me 2 out of the 3 items. after making the Solder again to see if it would give me the item for the quest. the solder just appears at the bottom of the chute. the game has recognised I've turned it in but it wont let me get the final item (fibre cable)

Set the pot of solder down and then loot it. You can then turn in that solder to the blacksmith and reuse the pot.
