[Spoilers] Not sure how to progress in Labs? Am I softlocked?

I've reached Labs, got blueprint for lvl 3 hacker, visited Particle Lab and interacted with PC. I would assume, reading the mail about projector would give me a blueprint for it? I've also seen some sort of notification on new unlocks. However, I simply can't find a blueprint for it. Acquiring liquid crystals also did nothing. Was I supposed to get blueprint, or is something still missing?

I'm also not sure how to get other required blueprints, like Lab Burner. I haven't fully explored the area with large elevator though.

my quest is "find frake" but i don't know wher to go....

Did you click any email attachments? That last bit about exploring the large elevator area is good intuition! Follow that thought ^^

I did. I even did it twice when I've realized I'm not sure if anything was unlocked. Can you specify which exact blueprint the attachment was supposed to unlock, so I can look up in my blueprints list, and see if it is there or not?

Thank you for the tip on the other part, I will keep exploring then.

Ok, got it, not sure what the PC in the particle lab was supposed to give then, as I've got blueprint after getting carbon item in adjustment wing.

You need to explore mines in the Manufacturing. It is a maze though.

You should try exploring Containement block on all of it's levels via the tram elevator.
Perhaps one of the Containement block doors is open on one level.

My friend and i got stuck for 2-4 hours because we did not understand that the elevator could go up more than one level... SCIENCE!

I have found all the components for the hacking device - my confusion was primarily related to the fact that I did not got blueprint from the mail, as it was the case with numerous previous blueprints.

Now I'm trying to figure out how to get to command center. I was wondering if laser lab has anything to do with this, but I haven't managed to make it work.

Frake is in manufacturing through the mine near a large boring machine, its as large as the crane but has a saw blade looking thing for digging.
