If You're Getting Low FPS

Game defaulted me to epic settings and i was getting like 35-40 frames which seemed odd. I messed around with the settings and learned that Anti Aliasing, Global Illumination, and Reflections had MASSIVE hits to my frames. Setting those to high or lower dramatically increased my frames, with each one giving roughly 10-15 more frames after turning them down from epic, and aside from reflections if you set them to low, i hardly noticed a difference in graphical quality. I went from 35-40 frames to 75-90.

Something to maybe consider or try if you're getting oddly low frames despite being on a decent system, it seems those particular settings may not be optimized very well right now.

this'll help too:
-- in the steam advanced launch options, add ( -autoconfig -graphics-low ) without the brackets.

beyond that, you can select the non-directx 12 version of the game to run.

-- if things still struggle for you after that, you can add these advanced launch options in too ( -high -useallavailablecores -fps 30 ) again, without the brackets.

verifying the games files is also recommended.
