About convection oven

I already have the drawings and all the basic materials, but one thing missing is carbon plating. I didn't even find the recipe. Where do you find the raw materials for this thing?

Need to progress enough to get to another Anteverse II location.

I'm not kidding, to do that you need to do a boss fight to unlock that area.

unfortunately you only get carbon plating near the end of content so oven cooking is purely for fun at that point. Kind of a shame.

Considering the oven doesn't even unlock any particularly useful food recipes and is mostly for fun, why not just make it available earlier on and with less weirdly advanced materials?

That would be pointless when the 'major content update 1' is targeted for release this summer.

Basically it increase progression +50-100% over current size.
So Oven will be used.

Which one is the Boss? I've only come across a huge one and it got stuck in a half-open door and I killed it standing there. I got a head and body fluids, is this it? In fact I guess I've reached the end of this so far, which is meeting my sisters. Additionally, there is a path behind it that leads back to the research facility to unlock the vent in the waste room. Even though I'm here, I haven't solved the carbon plating drawing yet...

In that hot mushroom area (be sure to wear the proper suit for that, if you haven't already), you should be able to find large bugs just standing next to a nest. They will hide when you get close. You have to kill at a distance or sneak up on them. Getting their shell should unlock what you need.

If you mean the convection oven, you need to reach level 10 cooking
