How to open the portal to rise?
I don't find any button and search for that over an hour. anyone know how to?

Trying not to spoil all of it but :

There's a locked room you have to use thermite on in the labs, there's a puzzle about the craft of laser reflectors and a laser in the room itself :) then rise portal'll open up somewhere else
