Anyone know where to find the full outfit? I believe I have the orange shirt. Anything else I'm missing?

It says 0.0% of players have achieved this so I'm assuming it's not possible to do yet.

Check the engineer's body again, you will get the pants and achievement.

Where on earth is the body? I've beaten the game and combed every sector, except for the laser labs.

It's in a kinda weird spot, there's a tiny room overlooking the manufacturing floor where a dead engineer is. Interacting with him gives his cosmetics.

It's near the forklift hangar, there's a small lift you take to reach to find the body and a lone soldier.
