So, how does one find the rest of the carapace armor?

I got the Arms and Legs, but obviously their are 2 more pieces yes? Do they even exist? If so how do you get "inspired" to craft them?

to get the recipe for carbon plating you need to grab a carapace from the little bugs in the mycofields, a vacuum is the easiest way, but you can sneak up and bonk them instead if that's your style
