Server says disconnected??
I was playing this game back in Jul 2016 and it was fine... decide to give it another try but the server always "disconnected"??...
Waiting and tried the setting option and reconnect but nothing happened... What should I do??

We can't be sure without you contacting our support team {LINK REMOVED}, but we've seen a few cases where people who've been playing for a long time suddenly can't connect due to the new patch.

We've had a couple other users try this solution with success. If you can let us know if it works for you, it will be super helpful for us to identify what the source of the issue is:

Please try changing your Steam region to North America with the following steps:

1. Click "Steam" tab in the top-left corner of the Steam client.
2. Enter "Settings"
3. Access the "downloads" tab.
4. Change "Download Region" to North America."
5. Once you have done this, verify the integrity of your files in the Steam library and try again.

You can, of course, change this setting again afterwards.

If this doesn't work for you, please send your logs to our team using these instructions: {LINK REMOVED}

I don't know how to change it to "North America" region... There is no "North America" on the list but I did change it to Mexico and Canada and verify but still didn't work...
I hope it got resolved soon coz I can't play it as it stands now...
I don't really care bout my old ID... just want to play it

Can you please send us your logs? That will also let us know which account your Steam is tied to!

Okay let me try it... but my steam account is tied to Indonesia... and I just know that I can't even connect to here... https://orcsmustdie.com/
Just tried to reinstall it using a different region... but can't download it (missing privilege file)...
It seems like I can't play at all :(

never really changed anything, just install and connect, the only time it would disconnect me is if your internet is either unstable or not really good in the first place... so leave it for a while , or check your internet.. sometimes indo internet will say that its connected and is able to run youtube but not games, it gets weird..

It's not bout my internet that's for sure... it's pretty stable...
I really started to think this game is not for me lol... experiencing this with OMD 2 actually back in the day and I need to tweak and port forwarding thing before I can actually connect to the server... Guess it's the same with this server

never had any probs with omd2, i always play with my bf who is in new york. connecting from the other side of the world, 0 probs. have you tried connecting to other games that are from another country? like try connecting to any other game that's server base is in NA or EUW and see your ping..

Hehe thanks for the reply... Yeah I played planetside 2 on connery which is in South America I believe and it runs fine... so I don't really know the problem here... maybe the orcs just hates me :)

When you switch to the NA download region, you will need to select a city. Try US-Dallas, and that should help.

Tried it... Change it to US-Dallas and download it all over again... still no luck... This is my only game at steam that can't be connected to the server :(
TY for the help though... If it get resolved in any way after later patch then I will come back to try again
