"Nickname can be at most 16 characters long"

I know it's worded vaguely, but I tried an exactly 16 character long name and nope. So reluctantly I shortened it and even 13 long it doesn't accept it. Please fix your wording guys.

The nick I'm trying to use is 14 characters long and it won't let me register, I'm already being disappointed by this game because I spent all day downloading it and now I can't play it.

The max amount of characters allowed are 12, not 16. from what I understand when I read "nickname can be at most 16 characters", the max amount is 16. This seems like a minor issue, but annyoing as f***. Can this issue be reported in the bug&technical issues section?

Thank you so much for reporting this. Will verify if this is a messaging error or actual bug (tldr: is it saying 16 when it's supposed to be fewer or is it fewer when it's supposed to be 16).

Well I can confirm that if I put in 12 characters the message dissappears from the register screen on the launcher but if I try to put in more than 12 characters it then comes up with the error "Nickname can be at most 16 characters long."
