This is just all the game in a zip folder. It doesn't have the offline launcher.

I realised the game is still available from download off steam. So I would suggest downloading it off steam.
After download the github code to play offline. https://github.com/MopsieX/OMDU-SinglePlayer
And put it in the binaries.
