Can't Start - Missing msvcr110.dll and msvcp110.dll

I just installed the game and Dead Rising refuses to even boot up whatsoever. Turns out i'm missing two dll files it wants, it won't install them personally, and thus the game is nonfunctional unless I can find them specifically. Anyone able to help me with this?

Repair/Install "DXSETUP"

Navigate to: Steam\steamapps\common\Dead Rising\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2012

Repair/Install "vcredist_x64" & "vcredist_x86".

Thanks dude, you're great. How do you install the vcredits 64 and 86 though? Like, I've got the 64 exe installed, but I don't know how to get the DLL's, more specifically how to get them into the file.

Same here those files do not exist even if I verify install and reinstall on mine. Specs are fine game is broken. When I try to launch in steam its says I'm playing it then it stops, no info on what stops it only when I go into the folder and click on the .exe it gives me the message that its missing that file cant find a solution may have to request a refund if it will let me.

I found out how to fix it on my game:

I had to download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 from the Microsoft website, Launch the downloaded .exe and choose the 'Repair' option. I restarted the system and the game now launches!

i dont have the local config file, ive reinstalled twice :( downloading the exe and running it doesnt get me anywhere
i tried deleting the old files and reinstalling them but it made my steam and filesearch crash
