The DLC clothing?

Will the DLC clothing for Frank be included by default in this version of the game or have they been cut? Or will we see them as DLC in Steam after the game releases?

Indeed there was. You downloaded "keys" with which allowed you to open lockers inside the Security Room for different suits and clothing items. Some of them were pretty nice, my favorite being the snake skin suit.

EDIT: They are apparently free... huh. I swear I remember paying for them. Maybe I am misremembering. But I know there were DLC clothes. You can see them all here:

All DLC costumes that were available on Xbox 360 are built into the base game. There is no need to purchase additional content.

Not to mention that all the DLC costumes were free on X360 to begin with.. it would make no sense having them any other way 10 years later.
