It is worthless for clearing and moving though. It's practically a turret, stand still and shoot away. The shotgun you can satisfyingly run forward and shoot to clear a path. This you can no easily do so as the tracking doesnt work as well while running.
It's objectively good at clearing zombies. I'd say one of the best weapons for clearing zombies if you know how to use the autotargeting
Question i wonder is why didnt they make it a charge shot in dr1? Its not like it wasn't introduced in megaman already. Hell could even input the cool charge sound effect and everything.
Personally I prefer to ignore the Laser Sword and use the chainsaws instead. Don't get me wrong, I use the Mega Buster on zombies all the time, but I understand that it's not practical or efficient as a zombie killer.
Clown-Saw for that nice wave clear againts zombies AND psychos.
The fact i killed Carlito in one hit speaks volumes, served me well so far. Zombie Genocidist was worth it.
