Did I just catch glitch in Overtime Mode or...?

So I managed to talk to Isabela, arrived to helipad on time, but here's strange thing I don't remember happening in 360 version. Right after cutscene where Isabela comes up with idea of zombie suppressant vaccine, I talk to her in order to receive guide markers for equipment and...nothing happens. Isabela just answers something like "I don't know what to do with those supplies from the mall". I thought that I might forgot how overtime mode plays out and started running around the mall, but didn't receive a call even after 2 hours of in-game time. What is strange, once I came to food court to mix some juices, I could not use the blender. Instead I could pick up it as key item and when I picked it up, blue scoop time limit bar appeared for a brief moment.

Did I really catch some nasty glitch and have to restart Overtime manually through main menu? That'll be sad, cause I stacked on some queens beforehand =\

If you check your scoops you should see that you have items to go grab. Isabela needs items first, then Queens. You don't get any calls in Overtime Mode because Isabela doesn't have Otis' transceiver.

That's not during overtime mode.
