I actually had that thought while rescuing a survivor today. Frank was dressed up even more insane looking than the Psycho he'd just killed, and was holding a bloody chainsaw and you couldn't see his face (teddy bear mask). But somehow the survivor decided to follow this man to "a safe place". Hmmm.

I dunno, I guess just the regular suit looks really nice, but I love the Miami Nights Jounalist Suit or the Burgundey Wine Jounralist Suit with the red hair dye, or the Wrestling Outfit.

for the simple fact it looks like a perfect alt outfit for frank that realy suits him alongside his journalist outfit, as it makes him look like a professional journalist in a way. combined probably with the cap from that sports store.
