How Do I Change the Battery?

I can't find the button for it nor do I see an option for it.

Cam's Camera to the left of the Warehouse door in Paradise Plaza. That's the most convenient location. There's also Pearly White Photos in North Plaza (I think) and Philo's Photos in Wonderland Plaza. There's a shelf with batteries, walk up and press use to recharge them.
