Error when starting a Private Match. Says Map not found, you need to download it.
But these are "standard maps"...why can't it load the map?

Verify the game cache.

Laptop65: Thanks. I did that and it found error in file but everytime it said "1 files failed to validate and will be reaquired" and did it, it would fail to validate again. Even after I deleted Local Content for Multiplayer. So now I deleted the COD main single player game and re-installing and then re-install Multiplayer. Hope this works.

Right, solved it. Got the same error even after reinstallation. So I fiddled with the Router settings...Set NAT Filtering to Open and set it also as a DMZ. Then started the Private Match and YES!... all Maps loaded without a problem. Then went back and turned off DMZ and set NAT Filtering to Secure....shut down Steam, restarted it and all Maps in Private Match now work fine. So, not sure the actual solution, but those were the steps I took.

Be wary of putting your PC into DMZ. It knocks off some security.
