unknown software exception (0xc0000409)

I am not able to play BO now because of this error: "The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x05ce95a11" I have searched the net with no results on how to fix this. I have reinstalled the game, verivied the game cash, run sfc /scannow. have used malwarebytes to check for malware and I'm clean. if any one knows how to fix this I would be very appreciative.
