"Lost connection to host" and sometimes "Black ops server is unavailable" .. But mainly "Lost connection to host"

This really gets on my nerves. Sometimes it says "Black ops server is unavailable", but that's not really my main problem. This is my main problem... I pick a server to go into, the loading bar gets to the end and says "Waiting for other players", then the screen goes black, and it kicks me out of the loading/server, and it says "Lost connection to host".

This is really annoying. Someone please help. Thanks

I get that sometimes. It usually has to do with a weak network signal, thus it times out before it has time to load.

I get it to, i dont know why, i just bought the game, and i just wan to play mp, but pretty much i just burned $20 cuz i cant play it, it says Lost Connection to server all the time, even if a ijoin a server with no ppl on it, WTF?! that is my mane question, if thats going to continue and TreyArch or steam doesnt fix it, that means i got ripped off $20, that might not me that big money, but i could of spend it on TF2, atleast that works, And plus, i cant even get to steam, when i open it up, login, and the time it says that steam is having connection problems, i some tomes have that, but i just click retry connection and i am able to log in, but now all of my accounts are inaccesable so i cant play call of duty, nor TF2 nor all of the awesome games i have :/, steam ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fix this, for the love of God

yea this pisses me off i buy a game and i cant play it every server i connect to with very low ping i might add and i see the kit selection and everything flash for a second then it kicks me out saying the server is no longer available.. or i get lost connection to host.. what the ♥♥♥♥ is this ♥♥♥♥ i play other games fine and yet this i cant?! man i really want my money back..

i got modern warfare and it runs fine, but it lags a very little, but its still good. i think this happens to us because black ops is a newer game. but idk
