Game won't launch on Windows 11

Hey,
I just did a fresh install on my pc of Windows 11, and for some reason, the game won't even launch in Steam. Like it says that it's running and after 2 seconds, nothing happens.
It's only happening on this game and I dont now what to do...

dude, you solved my problem with like 3 games on win11, that just refused to launch because of this error. save my day, really
