Cannot invite Friends to private matches

Hi there,

Currently having issue inviting friends to my private match. When I create a match and try to invite my friends it fades out the invite option and I can't do a thing.

Has anyone else had this problem and how do I resolve?

do you invite your friends to a private match while you're inside the server you've created? you can't send multiplayer game invites to friends if you're outside of a server. in such cases, you'll just see the "invite to game" option unselectable as being greyed out.

unlike some other CoDs which allow partying up with friends before the actual game starts (such as Modern Warfare 2-3, Black Ops 2-3), you can't do the same in this game. that's why the inviter must be playing in a server to do it (only valid in multiplayer btw, not in zombies).
