My rank is reset to 1

I played recently on PowerSprayingNoobs and left the server to choose contracts after that i joined the server and i was prestige master but now my stats is reset to 1, WTF??????

Aww bro bad idea buy contracts because if you buy a contract it will show constantly "Downloading Game Settings" in the match also if you got rank reset "probably" you canceled loading screen and it deranked you so yea it show randomly moments the loading screens.

One strange thing is that i have my Pro perks and weapons still and my custsom names. And when i press create-a-class and a perk. The "Pro" goes missing and then when i return to menu it takes back my perk to Pro again.

Yeah when you get rank reset you dont lose guns or pro perks but sadly you cant edit your classes etc, well if you have gold guns in your first loadouts tbh i dont recommend you prestige again cuz chance be deranked again is very high.

Yeah but it doesnt work anymore in this 2022, but yea there was way to get rank back just doing tweet to @pcdev, @pcdev_assist but again it doesnt work anymore because this game stopped getting supported so yea there is no way to get rank back right now.

Don't touch contracts in this game. You'll need to prestige before it fixes itself

I've had the same issue, I was prestige three but now suddenly am back to basically a starting colonel rank, anyone know how this can be fixed?

Only way to fix it is to do a full prestige. I think 90% of people have suffered this bug aswell

I got my rank reset 3 days ago and was close to prestige 3, but damm i feel sad for you prestige master!? Have you unlocked the gold camo yet?

I've contacted both PCDev and Activision. Some seems to got answer by them and got restored. But i took long time and somtimes fast. I hope i'm getting my back.

Good luck lol since they won't even answer you, when I lost my prestige 15 I still did the same thing I still haven't received an answer but it's worth the try anyway.

Don't worry your stats will reset 10 times more, it's not a bug. It's a feature.
