Admins and mods play that game for a very long time and can seperate hackers from good tier players.
Matchmaking titles are also a hackers wet dream as they are given virtually free reign for hundreds of hours before eventually getting banned. (if they ever are) Then they're back in 2 minutes on a new account because they bought 20 extra copies of the game when it was on sale.
The last CoD they made that is "safe" to play and relatively free of hackers is Black Ops 1. Every CoD game after that is so open to hackers that they should be considered malware that is unsafe to install.
