you must keep playing until level 55 then prestige,after that everyting will get back to normal.only solution but work, now i can create classe an change scorstreak.

i just lost all my levels also :( i love this game but now i think its time to retire from it...

Played yesterday and eveyrthing was fine. Tried to play today and everything was at ground zero, Player rank 1. Why??

I was in 15th prestige,all my perks pro,all ny weapons golden,thousands of hours playing and some millions of xp.I lost everything 3 times.The first time after a week playing i took everything back without to do anything except my pro perks,my stats and my xp.The second time i asked for help tweeting to pcdev and he restored everything to me except the same things before.The third time the game restored to me just playing, only my 5 first classes[the other 5 are locked] ,my killstrakes i had before but icant change anything of these now.What can i say after all these?Iam still playing the game because i really love it,for me it is the best cod of all,old but best.Good luck.

all my C.O.D.s have played up and froze with the only thing to do thats available, restart my computer, something is wrong with Steam for sure.

I lost my all achivements ... levels etc Its so hard to get it again/. No supports from steam/ Activision. So time to say good bay to everyone is coming .... PS4 I guess is more comfortable for me))) It'll

Im done and have uninstalled. This sucks. Constant resets, prestige loss, unable to change weapons classes. SOmething like this should not be happening to so many people and is a problem that needs to be addressed.

If y'all lost your stats on Bo1 and want a backup, tweet and mention @pcdev_assist, explain them your issue with your account. This might be the only way to restore your levels, camos, etc..
