Can't change classes

My rank got reset a while ago, and now i can't change classes, it just says "fetching stats" and resets the class. I thought it was because i had a weapon without it being unlocked, but no, any fix?

Well known bug!
Rank up to prestige 1 again and you are able to edit your classes.
Your rank can't be restored, cause the 3arc support for black ops 1 is offline

I think it's a bug. Cause the game was last patched 2011.
