How to reset rank ?

I got max prestige and max level but my game stat are not saved anymore, all my Challenges or Combat Record are stuck
And i can't get Pro perks because it wont save, can you guys help me ?

that's because the servers are under heavy load since the last sale.
Best thing to do is to change classes only when the game isn't populated that mutch.

there is a bug in the game the developers never fixed. it resets your stats or they get locked / frozen so you can do anything until it 1) fixes itself 2) they reset / fix it....

best thing to do is to reach out to them on twitter. but it might not be easy. the first level of support through activision are very dumb and give you a non knowledgable answer. keep pressing them to fix it. Last time happened to me, it took 1 month for them to fix it
