Problem with downloading game settings

Every time i start Black ops the sign appears for downloading game settings but it never gets there... so in this case i cant play the multiplayer anymore.
Does any of you having the same problem?

Well known bug, but it should disappear when you restart the game.

im having a problem with my loadouts. when i try to make one and i finish editing, it stays on downloading game settings. then when i join a match and select my custom loadout, the gun just resets to the default loadout. wtf do i do?

i am also having this issue. i turned the game off and reopened it and am still having the issue

I am unable to create a class
its very annoying
Can we somehow create a way to create a class?

Sometimes it's a server issue, nothing you can do about it on client site.

i have the same problem too, i dont know why but this bug doesnt even let you play combat training with bots, it kicks all bots and turns your loadout into nothing so you just basically do nothing but run around without a gun. honestly i recommend playing bo1 on a ps3 or something at this point. Activision is a greedy company that doesnt fix their games.

Same problem. I launch Multiplayer and it gets stuck on "Downloading Game Settings". I tried to restart it multiple times but no luck :[ It really bugs me because I didn't play this game since AGES, I saw it on sale so I bought it for the good old times, but sadly that's the first thing I get as soon as I launched it.
