it looks like the DLC keys of BO1 are usually around ~12 dollars/euros on those websites. I must say in advance that DLCs aren't worth buying at all for BO1, considering the game is now ten years old. few of the multiplayer servers have DLC maps in their rotation and they are usually not populated anyway. as for zombies, they are also basically dead in public matchmaking with the occasional exception of rezurrection DLC maps (only der riese and moon, tbh).
unless you're a really big fan of this game, I suggest you sparing your money for something else. if you still wish to get DLCs, just wait for a steam sale for 50% discount (usual percentage for CoD DLCs on steam). the next known big steam sale is going to happen around black friday week, in late november.
