Lost progress

I keep losing progress in Multi-player. It was reset, sort of, once and I finally gained back most of my progress that wasn't reset but now it's gone again and I'm back to square one.

Have you tried verifying the game's cache?

Well, just play some games, exit the game. Wait 1 day or a few days and it should fix itself.

This method does not including cheating, because Treyarch takes away ranks when you break their ToS.

Since we have 2016, it's most likely that known issue. Just do that option, it worked for me.

Just happened to me too, and i had finally unlocked the G11 :/ hope it straightens out soon...

It happened to me again. This is the third time and it's not because I cheat. :(

Thank you, do you know if backing up your game data and then restoring when you get reset works?
