90 fps?
for whatever reason i only hav 90 fps even though my settins are 144hz and my is capable of 144 in higher quality graphics games.

All modern cod's cap the frames at 91 fps for what ever reason. You can unlock this by opening console with shift + ~ (the key to the left of 1 on the left side of the keyboard) and type in /com_maxfps 144 or what ever your refresh rate is.

90 is the same as 144, no difference

At the homesite you press ^ and wrote com_maxfps 0

yet u would notice a differnce in a drop from 140 to 90
