Corrupted Files
It seems my profile got corrupted for this game a long time ago and i basically lost everything even levels and prestige but i still had some levels and classes still there but it wouldn't let me change any weapons of any kind.. Is there a way to completely wipe out my profile and start over or at least fix what happened, i tried removing the files and reinstalling but nothing changed

Hey E, there are a couple of bugs (that I know of) which affect rank and classes. One is the "rank reset bug". There is a sticky about that one here in the forums. Usually, it is a temporary set back. The other one is the bad one. In my case, I found myself stuck in a loop between level 32-38. I couldn't change weapons or perks, the best that I can remember. I'd play for a bit, but I always ended up being placed back at level 32 to repeat the process over and over.

I contacted @pcdev_assist at Treyarch through Twitter. He first told me that ranking up might fix it. When I explained it in more detail, he gave another explanation. From the way I understood it, he said that my stats had been corrupted, like local on my machine. He said the game was preventing me from uploading the corrupted stats and it would continually re-download my last good stats which is why I always went back to rank 32. He never explained the how or why. Redownloading the game didn't help either (the best that I can remember). It never sorted itself out, so I family shared to another account in order to play. Outside of re-purchasing the game, it was my only option.

Seems exactly what happened to me.. Aggravating, wish there was a fix to reset when you reinstall and delete all files...

Yeah. I lost all of my progress and I ended up on being level 1

Same but not same with me. When I modify a class, there is no save of it. I can choose and pay every things, but when I quit, its not saved. So, I up with first class.. not really easy :D
