Can't edit class

Ok so first I got rank reset for some reason and now I can't even edit my classes even though I'm rank 11, does anybody else experiences the same thing?

You just need to level up first.

First, you need to reach the same rank as you were before. (I think even with prestige)
Second, happy editing! :)
This happened to me too and I was rank 18.

This happened to me too and I was rank 18.

Wait I'm getting the same thing too!! Do you know how to fix it? I got stuck with a bad loadout and I can't edit it.

I've only just started and I can create classes but when I go IG it shows the class I made but when i click on it, it spawns me with default custom classes
