Victor Charlie rat tunnel glitch.

There is a very annoying bug in the rat tunnel section of the Victor Charlie level. When you turn on the flashlight the characters appear as black outlines, makes it very hard to see them, but when the flashlight is off they appear as normal. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this problem?

Same. I never had this problem in 2011 when I played it. Although on my system now it seems to have started doing it. You just tempoarily turn the brightness up and keep the flashlight off.

It's a poorly optimized piece of ♥♥♥♥! I'm running a GTX 460 with an i5 2400, and it was constantly freezing.

I just spoke to Activision support and they said they're forwarding the problem to the developers, and there should be a fix soon.

This problem has been around for ages. Be nice if Treyarch did fix it.

The customer support agent didn't give a timeframe, he just said to watch the social media for an update from the devs.

Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of. If it was the console version they would be right on it, and that's what makes me mad!

Almost 9 years after release, and they still haven't fixed this. Can confirm the glitch still exists as of Friday August 16 2019.

I know I am raising this from the grave but it was the first response I found when searching the problem. To fix it do this: Open the config.cfg from the 'Player'Document and find 'seta r_allow_intz '1''and'seta r_allow_null_rt'1'',and change the '1' to '0'.
