Can't load image and CALL OF THE DEAD zombie map

hey guyz help me. Every time i try to play on Call of The Dead it freezes and stays like that + it says Can't load image.

Pls help.

have you downloaded the dlc for multiplayer? if not thats probaly why

Verify the game cache.

it doesnt show any multiplayer maps.
