Updating Executable - What I Did To Fix!! (Windows 11)

I was struggling for an hour but it's actually a pretty easy fix, just go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops\Redist\DirectX, and have the DXSETUP ready in File Explorer. Click PLAY in your Steam Library, then very quickly run the DXSETUP file. It will trick the game, and everything will install. Also make sure you ran the vcredist file before doing this, enjoy!

RIGHT CLICK THE GAME ON STEAM LIST: GOTO PROPERTIES
THEN CLICK ISNTALLED FILES AND THEN BROWSE
ONCE INSIDE THE INSTALL DIRECTORY CLICK REDIST FOLDER
THEN GO INTO DIRECT X
INSTALL THE SETUP DIRECT X FILE
ONCE INSTALLED LOAD THE GAME BACK UP
