Crackling Static Sound Issue

Hello all, I see many posts about people not hearing any sound, but I see none about crackling sound during the story video sections. Sound is great when in missions, but the interlude story animations get all crackly and broken up so that I cannot follow the story! Does anyone know a fix for this?! I'm using Corsair headphones, and I already made sure they are not the issue, as I do not have issues in other games, I've ensured Windows Spacial Sound is off, and I've uninstalled Realtek Audio in Device manager.
