Game doesn't launch(Possible Fix)

I'd the same issue recently where my game refused to launch, clicking play and then getting stuck at "Updating Executable" or something like that, you know what I mean. Either way someone commented about running Direct x11 from the black ops files itself. This was pretty easy to do and should fix the problem. If it still doesn't work. I would restart your pc or give it a day or to update/adjust and then hopefully should work fine
