why do me and my friend get stuck on the connecting to game screen when trying to join each other?

i found a solution. When i verify the files the game let me play zombies

We tried to Kino der Toten and we both would just keep getting stuck on the connecting screen

for me is the only fix now,. mb an erroro on the configuration file

i found another solution, disabling the valorant start up apps the game let you play zombies.
