how to change language
ive purchased the russian version because it was cheaper but i cant play because i dont understand russian how do i change the language to english

Go to library, home, and select Black Ops, then on the right side look for a gear, click that icon, there go to properties, then general and you should be able to select a language for the game

Lol same has happened to me. Apparently you have to download the English files
