run in safe mode, error fatal

Someone help me with this error please, I click on yes, it gives a fatal error, I have already uninstalled and installed it, and even so it is like this, SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE... OBS: windows 11

i keep getting that too even when i dont run in safe mode it will crash and yep. lemme know if anyone helps

Ayo lemme know if this helps steam folder> steamapps> common> Call of Duty Black Ops> Redist> DirectX> Click on DXSETUP and let it install its thing, then go back to the Redist folder> Click on vcredist_x86 then let it do its thing. From here, open and close the game, then open it again and it should work. You might have restart your computer first but I didn't.

I already did the procedures but the error still persists, I use Windows 11 to be able to affect something in the game?

I use windows 11 and my problem is fixed (well it asks me to run in safe mode still but clicking no now works when it didn't before- changing my resolution settings and things in the game fixed it for me which doesn't make sense. so sorry that what worked for me probably won't for you) but windows 11 seems to be no issue if that's what you're asking

glad you fixed it! I'm actually going to try this so the prompt for safe mode maybe goes away and just in case I need to anyway.
