FPS Drops

[hehe xd]

Bout to buy this game (mostly for zombies), is it true that there is fps drops?
Ive read that ppl are forced to play around 40 fps/ 90 fps/ frame drops etc etc. (with high end pc´s)
The game is old and i would totally understand that...and thats fine, just wanted to make sure before buying

that's true.
solution: turn OFF shadows.
works in zombies too.
minimal graphical losses, but it affects to gameplay in a positive way.
look, this is mine gameplay, shadows are OFF. look directly from youtube, cuz steam browser messing up the image as always.

p.s. you may edit config also, like turning off bloom, weapon reflections and so on, just check out "guides" section, but for me the best solution were turning shadows OFF. once I did it, all FPS drops is gone. the rest of the settings you may keep high.

OMG. thank u so damn very much!!!!!!!!!! i was trouble shooting this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game for 2 days even tried to fresh installed new windows, i didn't even think of a simple ♥♥♥♥ like shadows😭😭
